So I know i should of wrote this post sooner but I've been kinda sick this week so yeah.

So in general i would have to say that AFO was really amazing this year compared to other cons i went to this year *cough cough* Jacon. I still dont like the rpg fantasy theme of the con but it seems popular to other people so yeah.

Friday was fun for the most part too bad my carpool was kinda a pain in the butt because he told me to be ready at 9:30 and didnt pick me up till 12. We got to the con and met up with some friends got our room and i just mostly took picture with random people in the hallway which is always fun some good, some bad, and some traps. I delt with drama with my boyfriend which sucked for most of the day but i got it done. Went to my room that night and my roomie kept me up most of the night just to drive me crazy.

Saturday i woke up at 9:30 b/c of the lack of sleep i got but anywho i got dressed in my Maya Fey cosplay which was success b/c there were a ton of other P.W. cosplayers, i was worried at first that i would be only one but that didnt happen. I didnt get a lot of photos taken of me but ones who did were super sweet and im just glad in general when anyone ask for your photo. Didnt really go to any pannels or anything just walked around and took photos of cosplayers and hung out with my friends. Mid-day i went to my room and did some perlers with some friends which my roomies didnt like but oh well went to see my friend win best in show cosplay which im super stoked he won. After that hung out with more friends then sometime i went to the pool party.

The Pool party was nuts ton of drunk kids, music everywhere, and tons of drinks. I swam around talked to friends the typical stuff you do at the pool. Watch girls act like fools having nipple slips and chicken fighting for attention from nerdy guys. My good gay friends hitting on my old coworker and his friend which made me laugh. I enjoyed it didnt get to my room till like 5. Packed up my stuff, ironed loosed perlers and got into bed.

Sunday was kinda a rush but that was my own fault because i got the time wrong but oh well. I woke up at 9:30 again took a shower and got dressed in my Lei fang costume b/c we all know i love DOA. For some odd reason it took me forever to get ready i think it took me forever to do my hair how i liked it. I called my best friends brother who i hung out with most of the con to help me take my stuff to my friend car then we went to the con with my friends twistie ties and my perlers. I felt dumb b/c the craft fair was at 12:30 and i got there an hour early but its cool b/c i got to choose where i wanted to be seated and plus they gave us back the 5 dollar entrance fee. I sold almost all my perlers that day and made alot of mondey and met new people which is always a plus. My friends won there tourneys that went into congrats to both of them.

At the end of the con we went home i was super cranky b/c i was super tired and my heels gave me a nasty cut. I didnt get home till like 8:30 because i was over at my friends girlfriends house like 45 mins which sucked b/c i was super exhausted. When i got home i ate a great meal and went to work at 9.

The pros of the cons were hanging out with friends, meeting new ones, selling my perler and making good money, taking photos with everyone.

The cons the car pool situation, having roomies who werent cool with alot of people in the room, the shoes i wore hurt, and i got kinda sick from all the dirty kids

Over all i heart afo it was a great year
